White-Label Add-On
The white-label add-on removes Support Station branding from customer-facing elements, letting you present a fully branded support experience.
What Is White-Label?
By default, Support Station branding appears in:
- Support widget ("Powered by Support Station")
- Knowledge base footer
- Customer emails (subtle branding)
White-label removes this branding so customers see only your brand.

FAQs
Can I try white-label before committing?
Contact sales about a trial period for evaluating white-label.
Does white-label affect functionality?
No. White-label only removes branding. All features work identically.
Is white-label per-organization or per-seat?
Per-organization. One $99/month fee covers all team members and customers.
What if I downgrade my plan?
White-label is only available on paid plans. Downgrading to Free removes white-label access, and branding returns. If you downgrade from Enterprise to Starter or Pro, you'll need to add the $99/month white-label add-on to keep branding removed.
Can I white-label partially?
No, white-label is all-or-nothing. You can't remove branding from just the widget but keep it in emails.
What about API integrations?
API responses don't include branding. White-label primarily affects customer-facing interfaces.
